Improvisational Fruit and Vegetable Salad

This is my first food post!  Last night I made a “interesting” fruit and vegetable salad for the first time.  It wasn’t bad, but just not as good as I had hoped for.  However, it is very healthy and fills you up.   The ingredients below are an approximation of what I used, but feel free to experiment.  If you like grapes more, add more grapes.  Apples…well you get the point.  The hardest part is cutting everything, which took me about 20 minutes.IMG_20161024_212048969.jpg

-1 cup of grapes

-1 whole apple

-half a pound of beans

-1 teaspoon of salt

-1 teaspoon of vegetable oil
