First off, I apologize for the frying pan…I’ve learned my lesson. (Don’t ever cut food with silverware while it’s cooking. )
Now that that’s out of the way…eggs are so easy to make, scrumptious, and healthy. It’s a very good source of daily protein. Plus, if you are starving, just throw some eggs on the stove and you’re good to go in a few minutes!!
I generally like them fried with tomatoes or with homegrown dill. I used to hate hard boiled eggs, but have recently been enjoying them. Try them with vinegar..
If you haven’t yet, you must try pigeon eggs..so yummy!!!
