Now I know the name “Pig Blood Stick” doesn’t sound that good, but this is one of the best foods I have eaten. They are usually sold in Taiwan by food vendors who operate by carrying a small compartment that is heated. Think of them as the Taiwanese ice cream man/truck.
I used to play in front of my grandfather’s house when I would hear the music played by vendors. It’s best plain, but can also be dipped in peanut sauce. The texture is hard to describe, but think of it as a meat cake. Very soft!
Hmm maybe I can find a recipe on Google.
