Hi all!!

Last night, I found out the difference between beef for steak, and beef for soup or stew.  I originally wanted to cook this piece of meat as steak, but it was just too thick.  As you can see, the vegetables started out nicely…

Then what happened to the beef, I’m not sure…

About 30-40 minutes after cooking on low and medium heat, I had to cut slits in the meat, to speed up the process.   Total cooking time was almost 2 hours.

The final product tasted pretty good, but is not post-worthy.  Sorry.
