Healthy and Delicious…Fast!

Hi all!!

I haven’t been eating regularly since I’ve been pretty busy.  Usually I only eat 1-2 meals per day.

I tend to eat more protein than vegetables, and in this picture you see both:  Some chicken sausage, fish fillets, and salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and mushrooms.

It’s not the most healthy, but it is pretty good and better than nothing.
