Naan bread is truly delicious. It’s very similar to pita bread, and is eaten in central and south Asia. I find it to be quite different than any other bread you find at the supermarket. The texture is not as hard and there’s no crust to deal with.
It’s good cold but I find it even better hot. I put mine in a pan with some oil for about 10 minutes and it turned out pretty well.
Naan can be enjoyed by itself, but if you can get hummus, it’s even better and healthier.
Don’t forget the egg!
