Daily Dinner Picture: Green Peas, Bacon, Green Beans, Beef Chunks with Rice

Hi all,

This was a very good idea!

I did not add salt or any other seasoning, that came from the leftover beef chunks.  By burning/cooking the meat in some oil, it had made a nice sauce.

I also added butter, which combined with the additional vegetable oil I decided to add, made this dish super oily.  I probably could have fried some bread to soak up the oil.
