Daily Dinner Picture: Beef For Stew and Portabello Mushrooms with Asparagus and Potatoes

Hi all,

I had a horrible time preparing the asaparagus. 

I researched online until I just gave up and decide to break off about an inch from the Asaparagus spears.  I then oiled them and thew them in the oven.

The beef and Mushrooms were a bit burned.

Also, must remember not to store potatoes too long in the house as they become too soft.
