Oodles of Noodles!

Hi all,

I love cooking noodles.  It’s like cooking spaghetti except with half the work.

I had some beef left from the night before, and I just added it to some chicken broth, some spinach, and a bit of frozen corn.

I had about 1/3 of a bottle of soba sauce left, and it made the soup very sweet and flavorful.
