A Very German Lunch

Hi all,

This is some of the most delicious food I’ve had in a while!

First off, I found this amazing pork shoulder from the grocery store that is already cooked.   It’s pretty much a big ham.  Not too salty.

Then, we have sauerkraut.  Although I prefer red cabbage more, the sauerkraut combines with the meat nicely.

Both are served cold.
